LHD Manual V8????

Does anyone have any details or pictures of a factory 2000 hack which had a Buick V8 (not a rover V8) and 5 speed manual ZF gearbox fitted?. The car exsisted 1965-1968 and was used for coolant testing and was the first V8 to have a modified front valance. The valance was modified in Austria during testing and the end result was the front valance that we all know and love on the front of every V8.

Oh yes, apparently it was a left hand drive, so as to not draw attention to itself while testing in Europe
